Wellness
Your wellness is very important. If you are feeling well you show it through your actions and you send of a positive vibe and those around you feel that vibe and then everyone starts feeling good and positive.  It’s all like a big circle of good energy but it can also be the other way around.  If you are not feeling well then those around you can feel that too and the same thing happens. It is very important that you are always feeling well and in order for that you need to be healthy and fit. If you are a healthy and fit person then you will always be feeling well physically and your body will show it.


Fitness
Whether you are fit or not, your body will show it. Regular exercise reduces the risk of developing heart disease, high blood having ressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and several types of cancer. It also reduces the risk of a stroke. Regular exercise strengthens your immune system. Also, Multiple studies have confirmed that regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for your mind. Life is much more enjoyable when you're fit and healthy. You look good and you feel good, and you're more productive in everything you do.


Health
         If you are not healthy, it means you are sick and you cannot function normally. You can not work as much as you should, you can not earn as much money as you need and you definitely can not enjoy life at the fullest while suffering from a disease in bed. You can do a couple of things to avoid this. Make sure that your sleeping hours are perfect. You should sleep between 6 and 8 hours each day if you are a young adult. Make sure that you get good sleep in the afternoon a well, if that is possible. An hour or so once in a while does a lot of good for your body.
